Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Assist the Shift Manager in delivering warehouse operations and responding to operational issues
• Schedule and supervise warehouse staff activities and functions
• Ensure timely completion of all warehouse activities
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, and absence cases within the shift
• Deliver communication briefings to colleagues
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
• Support individuals in meeting performance targets and address underperformance
• Maintain records of team and individual performance
• Assist in organizing training and development for warehouse staff

Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations and managing people
• Experience operating MHE
• High level of attention to detail
• Strong team player with ability to work on own initiative
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse systems
• Good knowledge of health and safety
• PC literate (intermediate MS Office)
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
