Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the store manager and oversee shift operations
• Open and close the restaurant as needed
• Train new crew members and ensure guest satisfaction
• Direct employees with a positive attitude
• Follow and adjust food preparation build-to charts
• Monitor costs, profitability, and guest satisfaction metrics
• Enforce safety, sanitation, labor, and administrative standards
• Generate inventories, orders, schedules, payroll reports, and daily sales reports
• Participate in local store marketing and community events

Requirements

• Mastery of Crew Member, Slice Master, Bread Master, and Certified Trainer roles
• Must be 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance
• Clean driving record
• Pass a background check
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Physically able to stand, bend, twist, and walk for full shifts
• Lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds infrequently
