Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support the assistant manager in all focus items and open or close the restaurant as needed
• Provide training to new crew members and ensure every guest returns for "The Goodcents Experience"
• Direct employees effectively with a positive attitude and outlook
• Generate and follow food preparation build-to charts and adjust them to reflect current business needs
• Enforce all Federal, State, and Local laws related to safety, sanitation, labor, and administration

Requirements

• Mastery of all aspects of the Crew Member, Slice Master, Bread Master, and Certified Trainer positions
• Ability to problem-solve and provide appropriate direction in times of crisis
• Very good written and great communication skills
• No previous experience required; on-the-job training is provided
• Must be physically able to bend, stand, twist at the waist, and walk for a full shift
• Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds infrequently
