Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Lead store operations and ensure completion of opening and closing procedures when management is not onsite
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew members
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining confidentiality
• Promote a positive shopping experience and CVS customer service culture
• Manage merchandise tasks including pricing, stocking, and executing seasonal displays
• Maintain department resets following planograms (POGs)

Requirements

• Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills
• Proficiency with computer systems
• Advanced communication and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a retail supervisor
• High School diploma or equivalent
