Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Support store management in driving execution, performance, and customer loyalty
• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing, and following up on all activities
• Lead store staff and ensure smooth operations when no manager is onsite
• Complete all opening and closing procedures
• Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints while maintaining confidentiality
• Promote a positive shopping experience and CVS customer service culture
• Manage merchandise through pricing, stocking, and executing promotional displays
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs)

Requirements

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills
• Strong computer skills
• Advanced communication and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a retail supervisor
• High School diploma or equivalent
