Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide management support by supervising plant workers, including training, determining work methods, and scheduling
• Monitor and maintain processing supply inventory by completing orders and documenting stock levels
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure operational compliance
• Develop and manage assigned projects
• Attend company meetings and perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required
• Five years of related experience preferred
• Technical degree preferred
• Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude and technical savvy
• Knowledge of PSM and hazard communication standards preferred
• Ability to work rotating night and day shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment
