Shift Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machines, mixing/feeding units, and packaging equipment according to SOPs
• Participate in production line start-up and shutdown
• Execute LOTOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out, Try Out) procedures
• Complete operational and production records accurately
• Perform proper shift handovers and production line cleaning
• Collect and report production data including raw material consumption and downtime
• Report abnormal operating conditions and submit maintenance requests
• Maintain 5S in the assigned work area and execute preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with SHE, Quality, and Security requirements including ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

Requirements

• Technical secondary school or college diploma in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields
• Experience as an operator in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with equipment operation and various unit operations
• Strong safety awareness and a hands-on attitude
• Good learning ability and ability to work well with others
