Responsibilities
- Assist the management team in coordinating and supervising an assigned area of the restaurant during the shift
- Ensure all procedures are executed correctly according to brand standards
- Supervise staff to ensure all norms and standards are respected
- Contribute to the commercial development of the restaurant
- Represent and uphold the brand values and image
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer service
- Excellent listening skills, leading by example, and rigor
