Shift Manager - PC

Responsibilities

• Plan making and packing operations to achieve shift targets regarding volume, quality, output reliability, cost, and safety
• Organize and control labor, including operators, technicians, and contract staff, in terms of headcount and skill levels
• Monitor material consumption and yield to reduce waste and minimize material variance
• Supervise weekly and monthly stock counts and manage general Fourth Shift transactions
• Ensure all workers comply with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) rules and wear appropriate personal protective clothing
• Drive autonomous maintenance activities on the shop floor
• Support the implementation of best practices such as TPM and HACCP
• Identify skill gaps and organize necessary training for workers to continuously improve operations

Requirements

• BSc. in Engineering
• Fresh Engineering Graduate or 1 year of experience in Operations/Production within the FMCG or Manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Technical proficiency and a passion for engineering

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) or HACCP implementation
• A growth mindset and ability to work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
