Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a cohesive production team to meet safety, quality, and production targets
• Manage the entire production process, including material supply, equipment distribution, and work organization
• Oversee all production areas, focusing on safety, quality, waste reduction, and personnel management
• Prepare detailed production reports and participate in the maintenance of the integrated management system
• Act as a backup for Quality Control and Mechanical Supervision during night shifts or holidays
• Identify production defects and proactively resolve issues that could compromise output
• Ensure cleanliness of production areas and machinery while monitoring the correct use of PPE and workwear

Requirements

• Previous experience in people management within a manufacturing environment (required)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for interpreting numerical data
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing techniques
• Understanding of Health and Safety practices in a workplace setting
• Excellent leadership, delegation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
