Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic shift plans and manage productivity against set targets
• Minimize risk to clients and staff while ensuring adherence to ADfusion and client policies
• Manage outputs and productivity of assignees through supervisors
• Maintain clear communication lines between ADfusion and client management
• Compile and provide daily reports for shift handovers and management
• Balance staff complement against workload to ensure cost-effective operations
• Manage SHEQ appointments, MHE monitoring, and rack damage reporting
• Oversee training and development of staff across all departments
• Ensure KPIs such as shift fill rates, throughput, and payroll queries are managed

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Distribution
• Minimum 2 years of management experience
• Matric / NQF level 4 qualification
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage conflict in a high-pressure environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations
