Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute operational work during the evening shift
• Plan staffing and participate in scheduling
• Ensure efficient flows in terminal and transport
• Handle administrative tasks at the goods reception
• Follow up on operations, report deviations, and drive improvements
• Maintain dialogue with customers regarding daily operations
• Ensure work follows routines, legal requirements, and safety standards
• Lead and develop the team through performance follow-ups and employee meetings
• Participate in recruitment processes

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics or transport
• Experience in transport management or similar operational control
• Experience from the logistics industry
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of Office 365
• Valid B-driver's license
• Knowledge of the Transport Worker Agreement and driving/rest time regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift license
• CE driver's license
