Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the assigned production shift to meet quality, cost, and efficiency objectives.
• Lead a team of operators and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
• Organize production activities according to the production plan, including resource allocation and subcontractor supervision.
• Supervise the production process, ensuring product quality and the accurate recording of key production figures.
• Oversee occupational safety and housekeeping, ensuring all employees follow safety regulations and use proper equipment.
• Implement environmental protection procedures and participate in projects to minimize environmental impact.
• Participate in the development, motivation, and annual evaluation of subordinates.

Requirements

• Secondary school education or a College degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Mechanics, or Mining).
• 3 years of experience in a production environment.
• Proven experience in people management and leadership.
• Experience working with production costs.
• Basic PC skills.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and decisive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English is considered an advantage.
