About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the team in daily reservation operations, managing inquiries, no-shows, cancellations, and special cases.
- Ensure booking system quality, control payments and invoices, and maintain up-to-date booking policies.
- Lead shifts with a clear overview, distributing tasks efficiently to manage dynamic daily business.
- Act as a key contact for team members, guests, corporate clients, and OTAs, handling complex inquiries and feedback.
- Support onboarding, provide training and feedback, and foster team motivation and professional development.
- Analyze reports and forecasts to identify patterns and improve processes according to Lean Luxury principles.
- Ensure a professional and warm guest journey across all communication channels.
- Actively participate in projects, conduct interviews, and support the professional growth of team members.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy.
- Several years of experience in hotel reservations or guest services.
- Previous experience in a functional team leadership role.
- Analytical and structured thinking with a high regard for quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent English; German language skills are a significant plus.
- A professional, warm, and communicative personality.
