Shift Leader Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Act as a deputy for the technical team lead, managing personnel and shift planning
• Coordinate and monitor incoming goods, in-process, and final inspections
• Manage the creation and maintenance of documentation and handle customer complaints
• Support daily operations by performing visual inspections and electrical/mechanical functional tests
• Evaluate deviations and establish new measures to optimize quality assurance processes
• Serve as a point of contact for the preparation and execution of lot acceptances

Requirements

• Completed degree as a Technician or Bachelor in a relevant field
• Proven experience in quality assurance
• Previous experience in technical shift leadership
• Proficiency with SAP and common industry standards
• Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical test setups
• Strong organizational, communication, and motivational skills
