Shift Leader Preventive Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum availability of production plants and minimize unplanned downtime
• Implement maintenance and preventive strategies in daily operations
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to resolve technical issues sustainably
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators such as OEE and MTBF
• Analyze maintenance data via CMMS to identify and prevent potential failures
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards
• Develop and train your team through targeted coaching and professional development
• Support technical improvement and investment projects

Requirements

• Technical degree or engineering studies (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or automation within a production environment
• 2–3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams
• Proficiency in using CMMS systems and managing KPI-driven workflows
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
