Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as the central pivot for the team during your shift
• Provide structure, maintain overview, and ensure efficient execution within available hours
• Distribute work, provide clear instructions, and coach the team on productivity, quality, and safety
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest smarter ways of working
• Ensure optimal service for hospitality customers

Requirements

• Customer-oriented with a focus on optimal productivity
• Strong team player who actively seeks collaboration
• Hands-on mentality
• Experience in retail or wholesale is a plus
• Availability of 16 to 36 hours per week
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
