Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Act as the central figure in the team during your shift
• Provide structure, maintain overview, and ensure efficient execution within available hours
• Distribute work, give clear instructions, and coach the team on productivity, quality, and safety
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest smarter ways of working

Requirements

• Customer-oriented and focused on optimal productivity
• Strong team player with a positive, result-oriented attitude
• Willingness to work hands-on
• Experience in retail or wholesale is a plus
• Availability for 24 to 36 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
