About the role
Responsibilities
- Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager
- Train and coach team members to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
- Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant performance every shift
- Maintain high proficiency in all restaurant operations and product preparation
- Supervise staff in accordance with company values, traits, and behaviors
- Enforce all cash policies and document any policy violations
- Solve problems effectively to maintain smooth restaurant flow
Requirements
- 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 20lbs
- Ability to perform physical motions including bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
