About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Train and coach team members to ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
  • Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant performance every shift
  • Maintain high proficiency in all restaurant operations and product preparation
  • Supervise staff in accordance with company values, traits, and behaviors
  • Enforce all cash policies and document any policy violations
  • Solve problems effectively to maintain smooth restaurant flow

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail setting
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 20lbs
  • Ability to perform physical motions including bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
