Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage production processes, workforce, and delegation of tasks
• Maintain quality control according to internal standards
• Supervise hygiene and sanitation compliance
• Manage employee development and training activities
• Coordinate production activities to meet targets for quality, hygiene, and safety
• Provide regular reports on production numbers, achievements, and challenges
• Collaborate with HR on attendance monitoring
• Work with Planning & Controlling on production plans and material consumption
• Control consumption, waste, and ingredient quality

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar leadership role
• Excellent leading and managing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Active knowledge of Slovak and English (spoken and written)
