Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures and security protocols
• Manage crew tasks for setup, food preparation, cleaning, and inventory management
• Ensure customer service and speed of service metrics meet company goals and standards
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and adherence to health code and safety practices
• Prioritize team member tasks, manage break schedules, and adjust staffing based on sales volume
• Train and support team members on new products and operational procedures
• Handle cash management duties, including opening registers, conducting audits, and preparing deposits

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ years of restaurant supervisory experience or certification in all EPL SPECS positions
• Ability to pass the EPL Food Safety Audit (FSA) class after hire
