Responsibilities

For Shift Leaders (Skiftleder):

• Coordinate personnel, equipment, and products
• Maintain quality, service, and food safety standards

For Employees (Medarbeider):

• Food production
• Customer service
• Cleaning and maintenance

Requirements

• Service-oriented, positive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with routine tasks
• Independent, structured, and a team player
• High work ethic
• Experience in sales, service, or restaurant (preferred for Shift Leaders)
