Shift Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead production shift operations and manage personnel scheduling to ensure all production tasks are completed smoothly.
• Train and assess new team members and develop frontline operational experts.
• Supervise the execution of technical processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and oversee the accurate completion of production and auxiliary records.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure stable operation and handle emergency equipment failures.
• Manage safety production within the shift, including organizing safety training and eliminating potential hazards.
• Monitor and maintain 5S area standards within the assigned zone.
• Confirm and sign off on work permits and special operation permits.
• Report all relevant information and progress accurately to workshop leadership.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher.
• 2+ years of experience in the chemical industry.
• Basic English proficiency (ability to read and understand basic English).
