Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee products and serve customers with energy, warmth, and empathy
• Support the General Manager and Training Team in training new employees on recipes, menu items, and processes
• Act as a key holder to open and close the location safely and responsibly
• Ensure cleaning duties are followed throughout the shift
• Handle minor customer issues with a positive and solution-focused approach
• Lead store-level initiatives with operations and marketing teams to increase foot traffic and sales

Requirements

• Experience in the customer service or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee and equipment
• Ability to work at a fast pace in high-volume environments
• Strong decision-making, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills
• Availability for 35 hours per week, including 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)
• Availability to work between 6:30 am and 9:00 pm
• Must be authorised to work in the UK
