About the role

High Rollers is a vibrant beer hall and bowling venue in Banff featuring six ten-pin lanes, pool tables, and over 48 craft beers on tap. Part of the Banff Hospitality Collective, we focus on creating incredible celebrations, from family gatherings to late-night parties with live DJs.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth restaurant service in assistance to the GM and AGM
- Liaise between Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally
- Manage all FOH team members to set up the restaurant for successful service
Requirements
- ProServe certification
- Previous serving and bartending experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexible schedule availability
- Strong work ethic and positive team player attitude
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience
