Shift Leader Aerosoles

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant objectives for safety, quality, cost, and service are met through effective shift coordination
• Lead and manage personnel, including handling payroll, vacations, and permissions in alignment with company policy
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies using the Unilever Manufacturing System (UMS)
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements to prevent accidents and occupational diseases
• Oversee quality control, hygiene, and good manufacturing practices to meet product specifications and customer expectations
• Execute autonomous maintenance programs and direct operational meetings (FOS)
• Monitor and manage process waste to optimize production efficiency
• Ensure production plans are completed on time and within the 24-hour cycle

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working on production lines
• Proven experience in people management and leadership
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience managing audits and compliance processes
• Full availability to work various shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in WCM, TPM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of BRC, ISO, FDA, or HACCP certifications
