About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily station operations to ensure efficient workflow and passenger throughput
- Provide leadership and guidance to Public Health Specialists, Data Entry Specialists, Nurses, and Physicians
- Coordinate staffing assignments and operational coverage to meet business needs
- Ensure adherence to CDC protocols, HIPAA regulations, and company policies
- Monitor data collection and entry activities for accuracy and completeness
- Manage inventory levels and report shortages to the Station Manager
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations during assigned shifts
- Promote strict adherence to infection prevention and control procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
- Experience in healthcare, public health, clinical operations, or a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in airport environments or public health programs
- Knowledge of HIPAA, infection control practices, and healthcare compliance
- Previous experience supervising both clinical and non-clinical staff
- Experience supporting CDC or public health surveillance initiatives
