Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily station operations to ensure efficient workflow and passenger throughput
• Provide leadership and guidance to Public Health Specialists, Data Entry Specialists, Nurses, and Physicians
• Coordinate staffing assignments and operational coverage to meet business needs
• Ensure adherence to CDC protocols, HIPAA regulations, and company policies
• Monitor data collection and entry activities for accuracy and completeness
• Manage inventory levels and report supply shortages to the Station Manager
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations during assigned shifts
• Promote strict adherence to infection prevention and control procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience
• Experience in healthcare, public health, clinical operations, or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in airport environments or public health programs
• Knowledge of HIPAA, infection control practices, and healthcare compliance
• Previous experience supervising both clinical and non-clinical staff
• Experience supporting CDC or public health surveillance initiatives
