Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Vehicle Safety Officers (VSOs) during a shift, providing guidance and direction
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including work schedules and task assignment
• Line manage VSOs with documented monthly face-to-face contact
• Act as the central point of contact for specific OEM initiatives and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols
• Monitor the quality of on-road testing and report discrepancies to Quality Assurance
• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions
• Prepare reports on shift activities, performance metrics, and incident reports
• Serve as the initial point of contact for on-road incidents
• Coordinate training and development events with the Quality Assurance team

Requirements

• Proven experience as a team coordinator or similar role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to remain calm and controlled in pressured environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Full clean driving license
• At least 5 years of driving experience
• No blameworthy insurance claims in the past three years
