Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily workflow of the site during the shift
• Handle handoffs to the next manager
• Ensure operations flow smoothly to meet company expectations
• Ensure compliance with safety expectations
• Supervise and manage daily store operations
• Ensure team members provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally
• Train and develop team members to improve performance

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift items of 25+ pounds
• Specific vision abilities including close, color, and peripheral vision

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Experience with inventory management and ordering
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
