Shift Lead Team Member

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador by enthusiastically greeting fans and delivering exceptional service
• Assist in managing specific restaurant areas during scheduled shifts
• Pace the crew to maintain high performance and resolve workflow bottlenecks
• Support the GM and Assistant Managers in training and coaching crew members
• Ensure the restaurant remains organized, properly staffed, and clean
• Solve fan concerns calmly using service recovery standards
• Model performance standards for all team members and workstations

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ months of high-volume quick service restaurant (QSR) experience
• High School diploma or equivalent (or currently in progress)
• ServSafe® certifiable with strong knowledge of safe food handling
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
