Shift Lead Suite 2

Responsibilities

• Lead people, technology, and financial resources to achieve business objectives and desired outcomes
• Manage the performance of direct and indirect reports through mentorship and support
• Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, batch records, Current Good Manufacturing Practices, and plant protocols
• Identify and develop innovative concepts for process or product improvements
• Lead investigations into equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and professional growth

Requirements

• Graduate or Post graduate degree
• 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or operations
• 6+ years of experience in regulated operations (e.g., US-FDA, MHRA, TGA)
• 2+ years of experience in team management
• Strong understanding of quality and compliance standards
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated application of process improvement tools
• Effective written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Experience fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement
• Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to enhance productivity and problem-solving
