About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Customer Service Attendants during your shift
- Ensure excellent customer service and a safe, efficient operation
- Train and coach team members to uphold Sud Stop standards
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and service recovery
- Monitor daily operations, equipment, and site cleanliness
- Promote memberships and services to meet sales goals
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Customer service and/or sales experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
