Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for staff and customer questions and issues
• Oversee onboarding for new retail associates
• Track daily and monthly inventory and assist with restocking
• Open and close the store as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and develop rapport with customers and vendors
• Recommend and locate proper products based on customer needs
• Explain cannabis effects to customers and patients clearly
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational asset protection
• Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and timely handling of phone calls and online orders
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 1+ years supervisory experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis
• POS and basic computer proficiency
• Cannabis product knowledge preferred
• 21+ years old with valid US work authorization and State ID/Passport
• Reliable transportation and open availability including evenings and weekends
• Pass pre-employment background checks
• Lift 50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods
