Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for staff and customer questions or issues
• Oversee onboarding for new retail associates
• Assist with daily and monthly inventory tracking
• Restock sales floor with cannabis and non-cannabis products
• Open and close the store as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers and vendors
• Recommend products based on individual customer needs
• Explain cannabis effects to customers and patients clearly
• Ensure strict controls to protect organizational assets
• Maintain store cleanliness and display standards
• Maintain strict confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
• Marijuana knowledge strongly preferred
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Capability to stand, kneel, or walk for extended periods
