Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and support the retail team through active floor leadership
• Oversee onboarding for new retail associates
• Assist with tracking daily and monthly inventory and restocking products
• Open and close the store as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations
• Explain the effects of different cannabis types to customers and patients
• Ensure strict controls to protect organizational assets and maintain HIPAA compliance
• Maintain store cleanliness and display standards

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent
• 1+ years of supervisory or team lead experience in retail, hospitality, or cannabis
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications
• Must be over 21 years of age
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, kneel, or walk for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and open availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong marijuana knowledge
