Shift Lead, Licensed Cosmetologist

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and develop leadership skills to provide top-tier employee and guest experiences
• Lead by example through sales and service behaviors and resolving guest issues
• Support front and back of house operations and assist with retail orders
• Provide consultations and all menu services including chemical services and styling
• Act as manager-on-duty to foster a collaborative team environment
• Contribute to monthly sales goals, retail sales, and memberships
• Ensure merchandising, inventory, and asset security standards are met
• Coach and develop team members to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management tasks

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist in a salon environment
• 1+ year of leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills
• Proficiency operating point of sale systems
• Fluency in English
