Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Supervise all beneficiation plant activities, ensuring smooth operations and achieving output targets
• Monitor and adjust critical parameters such as temperature, pressure, density, and slurry flow
• Ensure compliance with HSE protocols including LOTO, PTW, and inspections
• Lead, train, and motivate plant operators and manage shift manpower
• Identify operational issues and equipment malfunctions to implement corrective actions
• Coordinate quality control and logistics for raw material supply and product handling
• Maintain accurate shift logs, performance reports, and detailed handover notes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience in steel melt shop or blast furnace environments
• Proven experience in iron ore or mineral beneficiation processes preferred
• Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols
