Shift Lead, Front of House

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee shift responsibilities for servers, bartenders, and support staff
• Lead the team through clear communication, coaching, and accountability
• Uphold elevated service standards and maintain the lounge atmosphere
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and with a hospitality-first approach
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment
• Enforce established systems, policies, and procedures
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members
• Ensure compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards

Requirements

• Experience in restaurant or lounge service
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain a calm and professional presence in a refined environment
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• Six months to one year of related experience in a premier restaurant, lounge, or banquet facility
