Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 30 employees per shift and act as a deputy for the Hub Manager
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Delegate tasks while actively participating in daily hands-on operations
• Take responsibility for daily inventory control, stock management, and order picking
• Manage staff scheduling and shift planning under the guidance of the Hub Manager
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in retail, gastronomy, or logistics
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A proactive, hands-on approach and a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Fluency in both German and English
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in using modern technological solutions
