Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Support smooth daily hub operations following established processes
• Actively participate in order processing to ensure time windows are met
• Control and record incoming goods deliveries in the system
• Perform inventory, freshness, and stock checks
• Implement quality and food hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Coordinate shift tasks in coordination with the Hub Manager
• Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members
• Contribute to the improvement of existing operational workflows
• Act as the right hand and deputy to the Hub Manager

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• A true team player who enjoys motivating others
• Hands-on mentality with the ability to delegate and lead by example
• High level of resilience and flexibility for late shifts and weekend work
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is preferred
• Comfortable using modern tech solutions
