Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, supporting overall store operations
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Delegate tasks while actively participating in daily hands-on operations
• Take responsibility for inventory control, stock management, and order picking
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Assist with staff scheduling and personnel planning under the guidance of the Hub Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership or people management
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, confident approach
• Ability to make quick, rational decisions in a fast-paced environment
• High level of flexibility, including availability for late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is preferred
• A hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented mindset
