Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, supporting overall hub operations
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Delegate tasks while maintaining a hands-on approach in daily operations
• Manage inventory control, stock booking, and order picking processes
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Assist with personnel scheduling and planning under the guidance of the Hub Manager

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Proven ability to work as a team player and motivate others
• Hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is preferred
• Experience in team or staff leadership is a plus
