Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, assisting with personnel planning and management
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Delegate tasks while maintaining a hands-on approach in daily operations
• Take responsibility for inventory control, stock management, and order picking
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• A true team player with a hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate a team daily
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Comfortable using modern technology and digital solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics
• Proven experience in team leadership or personnel management
