Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, supporting overall store operations
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Delegate tasks while maintaining a hands-on approach in daily operations
• Manage inventory control, stock booking, and order picking processes
• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Assist with personnel scheduling and planning under the guidance of the Hub Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership or staff management
• Background in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is highly preferred
• Proactive communication skills and the ability to make quick, rational decisions
• A hands-on mentality with the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset
