Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, supporting overall store operations
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Delegate tasks while actively participating in daily hands-on operations
• Take responsibility for daily inventory control, stock management, and picking processes
• Monitor and ensure compliance with food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Assist with personnel scheduling and planning under the guidance of the Hub Manager

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Proven team player with a hands-on mentality and a motivating attitude
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Comfortable using modern technology and digital solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics
• Prior experience in team leadership or personnel management
