Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, assisting with personnel planning and store management
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Manage daily inventory, stock control, and the picking process
• Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a hands-on presence in daily operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in team leadership or people management
• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• A hands-on mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is highly preferred
• Comfortable using modern technology and digital tools
