Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 30 employees per shift and act as a deputy for the Hub Manager
• Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and performance management of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize store processes to ensure efficient operations
• Delegate tasks while actively participating in daily hands-on operations
• Take responsibility for daily inventory control, stock management, and order picking
• Manage staff scheduling and planning under the guidance of the Hub Manager
• Monitor and enforce food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality and a solution-oriented approach
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and motivate a team daily
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Comfortable using modern technological solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics
• Proven experience in team leadership or staff management
