Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, assisting with personnel planning and recruitment
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Oversee daily inventory control, stock management, and order picking
• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining a hands-on presence in daily operations
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate a team and maintain a calm demeanor in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on mentality with a solution-oriented approach to challenges
• Flexibility to work regular late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Comfortable using modern technology and digital solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics
• Prior experience in team leadership or personnel management
