Shift Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of up to 30 employees per shift
• Act as the deputy for the Hub Manager, assisting with personnel planning and staff meetings
• Oversee the hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Implement, analyze, and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency
• Delegate tasks while maintaining a hands-on approach in daily operations
• Take responsibility for inventory control, stock management, and order picking
• Monitor and ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)

Requirements

• Proactive communicator with strong decision-making skills
• Proven ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive work environment
• Hands-on mentality with a willingness to work alongside the team in daily tasks
• High level of resilience and flexibility, including availability for late shifts and weekends
• Proficiency in both German and English
• Experience in retail, gastronomy, or logistics is preferred
• Experience in team leadership or staff management is a plus
